How do we customize

Customization process

step 01

IDEATION

Client brief: purpose (gift, teaching aid, decoration), target audience, piece count, dimensions, special shapes, packaging. We then suggest materials (blue-core board, greyboard, wood), thickness, and surface finishes.

step 02

ARTWORK & DIE-LINE LAYOUT

Integrate artwork with cutting lines. Designers overlay die-lines on the image, ensuring composition integrity, and provide a preview for client approval.

step 03

DIE-LINE ENGINEERING

Engineers design the complete cutting path – every piece unique, smooth edges, proper interlocking. Custom "hidden shapes" (easter-egg pieces) are added here.

step 04

PROTOTYPE

Produce 1–2 samples via digital printing and sample-grade cutting (laser or die). Verify fit, colour accuracy, and special-piece integration. Critical for risk mitigation.

step 05

CUTTING DIE DEVELOPMENT

After sample approval, fabricate the production die. Depending on piece count and sheet size, this takes 15–25 working days. Die sharpness/durability ensures clean, burr-free edges in mass production.

step 06

MASS PRODUCTION & FULL INSPECTION

Production sequence: print → laminate → die-cut → automatic piece separation → 100% manual count & defect check → bagging. Each pack must be complete with no stuck pieces before delivery.

How do we start an OEM/ODM project with your factory?

What is the MOQ for OEM/ODM orders?

The MOQ varies depending on the product type and the complexity of customization. For jigsaw puzzles, our standard MOQ typically starts at 1,000 sets (finished product units, not individual puzzle pieces). For board games and children's card books, we offer much more flexible MOQ terms. We welcome you to discuss your budget and target quantities with us - we'll work out a feasible solution together.
What is the typical lead time from project kick-off to delivery?

The timeline depends largely on the project's complexity and the number of design iterations. Generally, the full cycle - from initial brief to final delivery - takes about 8 to 12 weeks. This includes structural/graphic design, sample making and approval, and mass production. We always prioritize sample confirmation to lock in the schedule.
Can we provide our own designs and artwork?

Absolutely. You are welcome to supply your own artwork, logos, packaging designs, and technical specifications. Our engineering and production teams will work closely with you to ensure your visuals are reproduced with high accuracy on puzzles, board games, or card books.
